As one of our founding partners, Ralph Jauss is responsible for JR Cape's European market operations and works as Senior Consultant from our Hamburg office. He studied Business Administration and obtained a Doctorate. In his long professional career he has worked in different leading management positions for renown companies in the transport industry, professional services as well as in the financial sector. Ralph Jauss has vast experience in the executive search field, mainly catering to the German corporate world. In 2005 he resigned as Partner at one of the leading management consulting firms in Germany and joined JR Cape in Europe.
Maik Richter
Managing Director Asia-Pacific
As Senior Consultant and Partner, Maik Richter started with JR Cape in Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, he is fully responsible for operations and project management in this region.
In addition to his background in executive search, he worked in various countries in Asia and gained extensive experience in business development, marketing & sales functions, as well as in market entry consulting and executive management.
Maik Richter holds a Master Degree in Business Management East Asia.

Holding a Master Degree in Management from London School of Economics, Dong Wei started her career with the top global strategy and management consulting, before working for a leading international executive search firm for a number of years. She joined JR Cape as the Managing Partner for China, leading the research team from our Shanghai office which is located in Xujiahui Commercial Center. Ms. Dong Wei is specialized in Financial Services and Manufacturing industry. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is involved in search, selection and project execution for multinational Western companies as well as listed Chinese corporations.
Jong Woo Kim

Mr. Kim, MBA spearheads JR Cape`s Korea business, working from our office in Kangnam, Seoul. He is an experienced HR professional with a long track record in various senior HR management functions with multinational companies, from aviation to high technology industries. Jong Woo Kim has been working as consultant in the executive search field in Korea for years, servicing foreign companies. Mr. Kim`s relevant in-depth labor market know-how and recruitment expertise combined with his international background and strong executive network are assets our clients in Korea can widely benefit from.
Don Ibarra de Gracia

As the latest addition to our strategic management team Mr. de Gracia manages the business of JRC Global, our contingency search and job portal venture. Having spent a number of years as consultant and business developer with one of the biggest public listed online recruitment companies he was one of the pioneers in executive search services related to web-based job posting and candidate sourcing. Before joining JR Cape Group he held a Director post in a boutique recruitment firm in Singapore which he joined in the start-up phase and managed to grow to a significant scale. At JRC Global, Don Ibarra de Gracia has developed our online recruitment and contingency search practice targeting low to mid level management placements, complimenting the retained executive search practice of JR Cape.
