Our Asian headquarters are located in Singapore. For JR Cape´s international operations the city state is ideally located in the Asia-Pacific region, moreover a large number of MNCs see and use Singapore as their “turntable Asia” in terms of managing their regional organisations and trade.

In addition to the established JR Cape consultant and research team we cooperate with professional partners and specialized consultants in numerous countries, e.g. Korea, China and Japan to cover the complete region. This gives us the edge in the executive search section, we do not solely conduct search and selection projects for key expatriate positions but also assist our clients in finding the matching local managers for their organisation.

JR Cape´s core business is and remains the executive search profession. However, we developed a value adding service complimenting our initial business setup: the JR Cape management consulting division that carries out market entry projects in the region. JR Cape has a wide network in Asia-Pacific - especially in the professional services area - which is a definite benefit for our clients. Synergies that develop from our partner cooperation are valuable in supporting implementation of defined HR or marketing concepts and strategies; filling key management positions in JR Cape´s clients´ Asia-Pacific organisation often goes in parallel with creation or expansion of such organisation.
